We had a dog whom we are convinced was one of the lower Angelic Orders. While incarnate on Earth she took on the form and limitations of a German Shepherd-Collie mix. It was the only way limited minds could safely perceive her. It is probably the same with ̶E̶l̶d̶r̶i̶t̶c̶h̶Elder Terriers
This is literally going to be the dog version of Mercedes Lackey’s “Skitty” stories about the government breeding intelligent cats to work on spaceships (and do secret military stuff).
Nobody has mentioned the fact that Steven looks like he’s having a lot of fun playing with his brothers. I’m glad he’s gotten the time to see them.
