Sarah is terrified of Dee, so she probably is still thinking she has to watch Steve. It seems like Noah thought it would be funny to use the board (Sarah probably agreed), but since Sarah can apparently understand Steve, she knows he is warning them that this is a bad idea.

Yeah, I’m confident the yes-yes board belongs to the venue itself – probably just shoved in a pile of boardgames that they have for people to amuse themselves with.
And I’m with Dyamonde – Sarah is trying to get Steven to ‘talk’ in a way that anyone other than her – Noah for now – will understand.
