    It would be really funny if this is just how Sarah’s parents acted and she is only thinking this way because Noah has influenced her in such a way.

      On the contrary, Sarah was a schemer from the start. Noah just (briefly) made it worse, until they both settled down a bit. Donna is just “Old Sarah” in her shenanigans, and it has our girl on edge.

      That said, based on shenanigans from everyone else in this comic, Donna could be scheming *and* sincerely interested in spending more time with Simon.

    I dunno, Noah. The fact that they are Sarah’s parents is more than enough reason to think that the two of them hooking up again could be a scheme.

    It’s also possible that they just want to get back into a contact in a mature and healthy way and you just have weird vibes about it because of the recency of certain revelations. Understandable weird vibes, but still.
