We normally see it between her and Tara, but it’s so cool to see how absolutely *loving* Beverly is. Dee is technically just her boss, and also just moving up to regional manager, so she’ll still be around. And that’s putting aside their friendship and closeness outside of work.
And despite all that (and also despite knowing Dee isn’t for big, showy things) Bev *still* wants to do something special for her. Plus the rest of the team jumping to the task (with varying degrees of success) shows just how loved Dee is. It’s wholesome as heck.
