I see Noah is dealing with the younger sibling conflict.
I sudo know the feeling, my brother was moved out before I was 8 but my cousin’s you could tell who was the favorite.
Tara and Noah’s facial expressions are exactly the same for both sides of the same reason!
I get it though, wanting to be an option/invited/asked even if you don’t actually want to do the thing, especially when it’s from your parents between siblings…
“Gifting” with the expectation of benefit isn’t a gift ffs. “We gave you a house, so you owe us access” is incredibly entitled.
I have gratitude for the gifts given to me and I feel deep obligation when the reciprocal is unbalanced, but using my feeling of obligation to get what you want from me? F you, champ.

Oof. Lots of family guilt right here. Certainly not an unrealistic story, but I’m not looking forward to the fallout.

Gifting houses to both of your kids is a financial flex that would have to feel amazing.

This family is in dire need of a “Let’s sit down and talk” kinda get together.

This family as a whole outside of their partners has a very serious issue with communication with one another.

Between the two flavors of shenanigans Tara´s parents chose the one that also occasionally goes borf.

Every time I see Tara’s parents I hate them more. Five will get you ten they misgender him and call Sarah his wife.
