  1. Why does that last panel give me a sense of foreboding?

    1. …because they just established that no one knows where they are and that access door is probably locked to the outside. They’ll be stuck out there until Steven rescues them.

      1. having an eldritch guide dog does kinda ease the tension around the potential of them getting stuck up there.
But! as I was trying to formulate that thought, which i’m not entirely sure was worth sharing, I considered something; Steven’s design is somewhat oblong and the Discworld joke that from the witches books where Nanny Ogg claims eldritch means oblong…
OblongGuideDog would be good name for a twitch stream who explains things

      2. …you’re expecting a segue into The Hangover?

  2. yeah, I’m worried now about what is gonna happen to Gary and/or Siobhan. Nothing better happen! I really like Siobhan!

    1. I’m not. It’s not that kind of story. This isn’t Attack on Titan or Warhound, people are allowed to be happy here.

    2. I think they’re just coming to terms with the fact they’re getting old.

  3. Witch of many Jobs

There are few things as romantic as the view of the Southern skies.

  4. Great detail with all the bugs by the light.
Plot twist: it’s a red herring and they’re actually getting ready to adopt a new child and thus won’t have the free time to travel.

  5. areallymessedupdude

Omg is that the BORF constellation

  6. Sarah being a level-headed sounding board. How tides turn.

  7. @Radriendil

I never said it was. I’ve never seen AoT – and I don’t like it anyway, and I’ve never heard of Warhound.
I’m am allowed to worry about characters I like, sorry to offend. 🤷🏽‍♀️

    1. No offense taken, just a conversation about a story we’re both reading. You’re allowed to be worried about fictional characters, I just felt it was a bit of an overreaction because Nortverse just isn’t that sort of story. Things just don’t go badly like that around here because it’s not a framing device for Goku to save the world. It’s a bunch of people falling in and out of love and having strange adventures with their magical dog and succubus neighbor. The stakes just aren’t that high. :3

P.S. …and that’s why I LIKE it. A real slice of life story that has supernatural elements but ISN’T Earth-shattering? Hard to come by these days.
