    We never had to spend Christmas apart, but we both did that “last Christmas” with grandparents and parents. Yes I’m that old.

    arrrrrghhhhhhhh!!!! i hate timeskips, they are worse that cliffhangers. at least with cliffhangers you dont feel like you missed a huge important part of the story 🙁
