I know Tara is a romance writer. Would the shipbuilding book be for reference for writing a book where the character was a shipbuilder or navel romance?
And will we ever get more specifics about her books. We got a little on Christmas .
It’s to understand how tall you can be without bumping your head in there.
Otherwise you need your main character to be slouching and have backache all the time.
Beverly and me had exactly the same thought. Steven doing something really dumb? He’s just trying to throw them off the scent. Maybe one of the things she talked about with Sarah while Tara and Noah were having their talk was Steven, since Sarah can understand and translate what Steven says. I could totally see Beverly laughing this off at the time but then thinking about it, combined with all the other stuff Steven’s done before…
It’s not possible. Steven was with them, and I’m pretty sure that Sarah understood that, when he asked her to stop to translate everything he said, there were an implied “and stop to talk about this”.
It’s more that Beverly is a purely pragmatic person. There’s so many coincidences that her conclusion is totally legit. This especially after all the adventure she lived with Tara, starting with all their encounter with Witch. I mean, the instant someone pragmatic accept that Succubi exist, and can create a electronic device to do their job, what is it to believe that Steven wanted to reunite with his brothers who are in an island?
Well it needs a small adjustment, then…
I mean, he said to stop translating what he said, yes, but I’m assuming that they talked about Steven… and while Sarah would likely have been was VERY careful not to say that she could understand Steven, because then Beverly would think she’s insane, she probably did agree that a lot of things about Steven were… weird or odd.
Meanwhile Tara generally seems to think Steven isn’t as weird as Beverly does.
Now I’m just waiting for a reveal that shows the book containing a picture of Steven’s siblings and the man on the island all the way back in the 1800s

Both can still be true. He can be eerily intelligent AND still a dog who digs in the trash.

Intelligence and dumbness are two measures independent from each other and exist on a two-dimensional spectrum.

The wise know they are foolish. The fools believe themselves wise.
Thus, Steven is wise, for he knows how to be foolish.

I guess we’ll never know how Sarah can understand him.

We see Steven using interpunction again. This is starting to look like grammar
