  1. I love these idiots, they are my favorite right now.

  2. Brilliant. How do these keep getting better?

  3. bruh ur married just face it Q_Q

  4. “At least this is the last thing we didn’t think of.”
Sarah, did no-one ever teach you not to say things like that?

  5. That moment when…

  6. First time reader. Binged it all. Love what I’m reading so far. Steven is great and I love how Sarah can understand him.
Speaking of Sarah, I love the relationship she has with Noah and I actually really hope they stay as incredibly close best friends and remain platonic. It deff makes their companionship feel special and distinct. 🙂

It’s been a while since I had a webcomic that I had simple fun reading as well. Thank you for what you do.

  7. Yes it’s comically obvious that they could have gotten the same effect by shoving both beds together and using the right sheets to cover both mattresses.

  8. Ah yes… the good old “why didn’t we think of that in the first place…?”

  9. As someone who has slept on two-beds-turned-to-one for 6 years, trust me when I say: Never again. The crack in the middle is extremely annoying and needs daily fixing if you try to put something inbetween.

  10. There’s always another thing you didn’t think of.

  11. They are so stupid. /pos

  12. This is too relatable.

  13. Witch of many Jobs

At least now you got a nice guest bed for when visitors stay over?

  14. All along, I just assumed that they didn’t want to just put two single beds next to each other. (They can slide apart, and the seam between the mattresses can be annoying.)
Turns out they’re just idiots, though, which I suppose was known information.

  15. I’ve officially binged all of your comics!!!! It was a hilarious ride. I think its funny that you posted Halloween specials not at all near Halloween. Keep up the great work.

  16. The way you render sweat on Sarah is god-tier

  17. The gap in the middle is more problematic than it seems.

  18. “Newlywed beds” – a couple of singles pushed up together, each with a separate set of sheets, so even husband and wife are sequestered from each other. Even when you DO ‘agree to meet’, there’s always the concern of the beds shifting and a gap opening up and someone gets dropped on the floor.
One of the reasons why we don’t really do that sort of thing anymore…

    1. Could, however, buy a full size bedframe and put the two single mattresses on it! 😀

Still cheaper than buying a new bed!

    2. In college that’s what I had. Pulled the bed out from the wall, used a dozen milk crates to build a platform the same height as the bed between it and the wall. Tossed a spare twin on top of the platform then used a compression strap to hold the two mattresses tight together. An egg shell king sized foamy on top and some king sized sheets and you have a huge bed… very little walk space around it.

    3. I’ve see the bedframes strapped or bolted together to prevent that debacle.

  19. I can confirm, two beds pushed together are NOT as good as one big bed. Unless the partners want drastically different firm/soft levels, that dip/gap/firm bit right in the middle WILL cause problems.
….. Though at the same time, it’s a great indication of just how air-headed the two are XD

  20. @Jaded Cynic: cable tie the bed frames together.

  21. This seems to be standard practice in Germany, actually. Though there it’s usually one bed frame keeping the two matrasses together.
Also, I really like their platonic roommates chemistry, even though it’s probably not intended. But somehow them being around each other without having sexual thoughts about it almost makes it seem like family. They just like physical contact for comfort, but I don’t think cuddling has to be romantic.

  22. Are we still doing bundling as a courtship method?

  23. True, but from their person, they’re only buying a large bed because obviously Sarah doesn’t like sleeping on her own, so they don’t expect having to meet in the middle. Meaning that the 2 beds pushed together would have done the job.
