Not her sadly, the Second-Hand Dogs lady has different tattoos. I myself thought it was the fire hydrant girl (the one they bought the waterproof mattress from).
And I’m sensing a repeat of the “Christmas Carol”-incident: Bev and her colleagues (plus Tara probably) will give Dee a surprise party, and she will be underwhelmed, tell them she appreciates the sentiment and then advise them to go home before they embarrass themselves even further.
And once they have gone, Dee will lock herself in the bathroom and break out crying because she is so moved by her colleagues’ gesture.
Is that the girl from the job shelter in the background?
If it is, it’s a nice touch. I like when comics reuse characters for stuff in the background like that~
