It takes some adjustment. I am on Ozempic to treat my diabetes and the MAJOR side effect is loss of appetite, and it took me about 6 months to get used to cooking the proper amount of food for me and my wife. Lots of leftovers were common until I got the hang of it. Also, all you can eat buffets will not be of value any longer.

I’m very happy that I got the food for myself exactly right yesterday. Felt great to not leave leftovers and not feel stuffed.
I am gonna miss all you can eat buffets, specially the pizza ones… but it’s overall good for my health. I’ll survive with a slice here and there. ^
It was in fact the sleeve one. Removed 80% of my stomach.
You don’t need to be nervous, the surgery was super fast, the recovery was mostly done after a couple days. I did it on a wednesday and was home on friday.
I’m just not used to how little I can eat, but I’m getting better at it,Just remember to take your time with every bite, your body will tell you when you should stop. (and when it does you LISTEN).
Everyone’s so confused about the special move like it’s not just QCF+B. If you hold B, it charges for 22 frames and becomes unblockable, but you can no longer Guard Cancel it.
