  1. GEE I WONDER WHY

  2. [SCREAMS INTERNALLY]

  3. Dammit, Nortuet!

  4. Well, civility is over for Sarah

  5. Here lies Simon. He fucking deserved it, apparently.

  6. That look of “Sir, I am TRYING to remain calm here, O K A Y?!”
Oh I am so loving this continuing storyline, and I look forward to more! Awesome work.

  7. I think Simon is slowly realizing that Sarah is his estranged daughter he never knew he had and he made a terrible first impression

  8. Did Donna not tell Simon that she was pregnant ? Was there doubt as to paternity ? Was there some other shenanigans going on ?

Cos like, Sarah had no idea who her biological father was before now, did she ? And Simon doesn’t seem to think he might be Sarah’s father either, does he ?

    1. Simon and Sarah’s mom could’ve just been coworkers, the resemblance between him and Sarah a coincidence, and Teresa was jumping to conclusions.

  9. Simon read the room.

  10. I got a feeling Beverly is gonna have an opportunity to “manager up” and help the succubi with their core problems, revealing that she has what it takes to run the gym.

  11. Super Spook is super Dense.

    1. Unless he never slept with her mom and would have no reason to suspect that she thought he was her dad. His response is very much ‘old coworker’ rather than ‘old flame’.
I am still expecting some kind of rug pull on this whole story since it is somewhat darker than the normal storylines and also the Halloween story.

  12. I’m not sure if he’s clueless or trying to have plausible deniability.

    Leaning towards clueless, honestly…

  13. Everyone in the stairwell is feeling akward.
Can’t wait to see the reveal, whether that’s, “I am your daughter” “oh my!” Or ,”I am your daughter” “no you aren’t.” Because regardless it will be interesting.
Also it’s clear the the core is acting up because of Teresa right?

  14. “Feeling akward” as in experiencing awkwardness to be clear

  15. Y’all, Simon got it. He’s coping poorly with it, but he got it. Look at his face shift between panel one and two. He’s very quickly assimilating that she’s his daughter and he’s a complete failure as a father. He’s just also deeply in the, “please say psych, like right now” phase, and Sarah’s look in panel three is her denying him that escape.

  16. You know why!

  17. Witch of many Jobs

Just stops in that stairwell and crams his entire foot into his mouth.

  18. That expression tells me he’s her dad. You don’t make an expression like that when meeting the daughter of your strictly platonic buddy.

  19. Oh man, that third frame would make a great reaction image.

  20. A couple of ways Simon my not be her runaway father.
Her mom may have asked for a sperm doner, to have a baby single.
They may show up simlar on the system if Simon was Assigned Succubus At Birth, and now He’s out here living his best human life.
He could be an uncle or other distant family member, explaining the impication of the shocked reaction.
He and her mom my have both worked for what was the SCP, and this could be related to a scifi lab accident.
We don’t know if Sarah’s mom gave birth or if she is realted to her own mother, so potential twist there.
Sarah and Simon could both be SCP experiments and Sarah was her mother special research topic of study.

  21. Calling it now, he’s her uncle.

  22. Watch him be her Uncle to a dead Dad he introduced her mother to
Like a proper Soap Opera Twist

  23. I’m happy for you Sarah and I’m let you finish, but I can’t help but think that right now at least part of her is wishing she had grabbed a light jacket or something on her way out the door.

  24. Panel 3 is SO GOOD I feel sarah’s emotion SO MUCH

  25. shes trying sooo hard not to say it out loud and kill em

  26. The expressions! Dear gods I lobe the expressions xD
