Maybe not, if it was like the old company I worked for which were using windowns 98 in 2020 it’s possible they wouldn’t have digital files up until 2015 making the dog at least 10 years, kinda old but not that surprising
I think we will find out nothing else about Steven in this arc, after all, the title is Just a Dog. I imagine that only the Witch, and to a lessor degree, Sarah, knows anything else about Steven. But I will be happy to learn more soon.
