    The shape of the island reminds me of two places…
    The Vasquez Rocks (famous for being in a lot of movies & TV – it’s where Captain Kirk fought the reptilian Gorn captain in Star Trek for example)

      Sure, there are even countries where you can buy a car licence for yourself without ever driving a car. And in most cases your home country accepts these licenses too if it is not to old.
